Our Story

 We built Forged Human Resources because we’ve lived the complexity that HR consultants only observe from the sidelines.


As senior HR leaders in manufacturing, food production, logistics, multi-site and international industrial operations for 25 years, we have led teams through crisis management, M&A integration, change management, rapid growth, workforce turnover, bilingual engagements, union negotiations, and compliance risk - often simultaneously.


We saw the gap: small to midsize businesses grow or fail in high-pressure scenarios and don’t need generic HR theory. They need real-time, experienced, embedded leadership that understands the factory floor as well as the boardroom - leaders who can build scalable systems, mentor internal teams, and make an impact where it counts.


That is why we created Forged.


The name represents how we work; deliberate, resilient, built for real-world pressure. Like tempered steel forged under heat and force, strong HR practices are not born from policies alone. They are shaped by action, refined through discipline, complexity, and strengthened by experience.


We are not career consultants. We have always been operators and working leaders. We don’t drop in with frameworks - we work alongside your team, bringing clarity, accountability, and structure to help you build a better business.

Team Information

Camron Loll, MBA

Cam, as VP HR ,  has led human resources for over 25 years and earned an MBA from St. Thomas University.  As an executive leader, and throughout his career, Cam has leveraged his leadership experience with the 82nd Airborne to elevate performance and deliver results.  With key roles at ConAgra, Land O'Lakes, and Central Processing Corporation, Cam has developed premier people strategies and solutions to drive business results.


Cam has a passion for executing strategy where the rubber meets the road, supporting leaders at all levels of the organization, particularly in support of the forgotten middle. He has successfully implemented transformative programs like Extreme Ownership and Dick Finnegan's turnover reduction programs (Stay Interviews).


In his career Cam has been a small business owner, growing a business and a team. Cam's expertise is in people strategies and systems, while his passions have him engaged in solving problems from the board room to operations, and maintenance  to the plant floor.


Brian Rea

Brian, as CHRO,  is a  trusted partner and confidant to the CEO and executive team with experience leading in multi-site, international manufacturing and industrial organizations large and small like PepsiCo and AmesburyTruth.  In Human Resources he develops, motivates, and leads teams who think strategically, redefine what is possible, and work with the organization to deliver commitments, overcome challenges, and create a genuinely good place to work.  


Brian's experience spans creating employer brand and communication, M&A and integration, talent management programs, change leadership, cultural renovation, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.  He ensures HR strategies and processes are best-in-class, and organizational design and the workforce are aligned to achieve business goals.


Brian's expertise is human capital; how people make business go.  He is known for building and leveraging the intangible talent, skills, and traits within the organization; and for being involved and approachable, with the ability to zoom in and zoom out on the fly. He leans in to help functional teams excel, creatively solve problems, or course correct if needed.  He also has extensive safety leadership and labor relations (including first chair negotiations and union avoidance) experience.
